Ferro builds steel bicycle frames to measure in Porto. Its riders used to fill in a form with eleven measurements and wait two days for a quote.
The configurator asks for four measurements and fills in the rest from Ferro’s own fitting data. The frame updates in 3D as you choose tubes, colours and parts, and the price updates with it.
Orders go straight into the workshop schedule, so a rider sees a real build date before paying.
